Thank you for using my website, my name is Eddie Markes, President of C.S.I. Jax Inc. For as long as I can remember, I have been involved with the construction and/or remodeling of homes. My father and his six brothers had a construction company in Oklahoma, where I learned my passion for the trade.
I continued in the construction trade when I moved to Florida in 1990. I found employment with a construction company here in Jacksonville, and for 10 years supervised the building of New Homes, Condos, Town Homes, and Remodel Jobs. In the year 2000, I took the position as
Superintendent for a Major Builder here in Jacksonville. I fine tuned my skills in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Security Systems, Insulation, and Water Intrusion. (Did you know that there is an average of 35 different Trades/Contractors involved in building a new Home?) For 7 years I built quality homes and close relationships with Home Owners, County Inspectors, Realtors, and Business Owners here in the Jacksonville area.
It was January of 2007 when we started C.S.I. Jax Inc., in the hope to better protect, educate, and bring a “Peace of Mind” to Home Owners, Mortgage Companies, and Insurance Companies. It is our goal to give the most thorough and comprehensive examination of your home or property. In today’s market with as many homes that are up for sale, it will take the attention to details and doing that “One Thing” that makes you property stand out. For just “Pennies on the Dollar”, C.S.I. can give you that “Peace of Mind” or “One Thing” that is needed.
We are Licensed, Certified, and Insured. Our staff is continuously taking Continued Education classes and attending Seminars to keep up with the latest equipment, techniques, and procedures.
